How do I book a trip with Hike 'n' Pic?
Booking is simple! You can book directly through our website, contact us via phone or email, or visit our office. We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days before your trip departure.
What is the payment process?
We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile money. After your initial deposit, you'll receive a payment schedule. Full payment is required 14 days prior to departure. We also offer flexible payment plans for larger packages.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, we'll refund your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 15-30 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
