Morning: Breakfast and check out. Drive north along the Mediterranean coast: Roman amphitheatre and aqueduct at Caesarea Maritima, and the breathtaking Bahá'í Terraced Gardens in Haifa.
Afternoon: Walk the Crusader underground fortress and Ottoman bazaars of Acre (Akko, UNESCO). Continue into the rolling hills of the Galilee.
Evening: Check into hotel in Tiberias. St. Peter's fish dinner on the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
Overnight: Tiberias / Sea of Galilee.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Sail on a traditional wooden boat across the Sea of Galilee. Visit Capernaum (Jesus' hometown), the Mount of Beatitudes (Sermon on the Mount), and Tabgha (Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes).
Afternoon: Visit the Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth. Drive south through the Jordan Valley and ascend into the Judean Hills to the holy city of Jerusalem.
Evening: Check into hotel. Welcome view over the illuminated walls of Jerusalem.
Overnight: Jerusalem.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Panoramic vista from the Mount of Olives and Garden of Gethsemane. Enter the Old City through Dung Gate: Western Wall (Kotel) and view of Temple Mount / Dome of the Rock.
Afternoon: Walk along the Via Dolorosa following the Stations of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (site of Golgotha and the empty tomb). Stroll the vibrant Christian and Jewish Quarters.
Evening: Dinner at leisure in Mahane Yehuda market quarter.
Overnight: Jerusalem.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Descend through the Judean Desert to Masada. Cable car ascent to King Herod's mountain fortress and site of Jewish zealot last stand against Rome.
Afternoon: Continue to the Dead Sea — the lowest point on the surface of the Earth (-430m). Float weightlessly in hyper-saline waters and enjoy mineral therapeutic mud.
Evening: Return to Jerusalem for evening at leisure.
Overnight: Jerusalem.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to Bethlehem to visit the ancient Church of the Nativity (Manger Square), the birthplace of Jesus.
Afternoon: Visit Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum and the Israel Museum to view the 2,000-year-old Dead Sea Scrolls housed in the Shrine of the Book.
Evening: Farewell dinner in Jerusalem.
Overnight: Jerusalem.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Check out. Transfer to Tel Aviv: walking tour of the White City (UNESCO) showcasing over 4,000 Bauhaus buildings and vibrant Carmel Market.
Transfer: Private transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport for return departure.
